CrossFit

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program designed to improve overall health and performance by combining elements of weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. Workouts are constantly varied and scalable to all fitness levels, allowing both beginners and seasoned athletes to achieve their personal fitness goals. At Cold Storage CrossFit, our expert coaches guide you through each session, ensuring proper technique and helping you push past your limits in a safe, supportive environment.

Beginners Foundations

Our Foundations program is the ideal way to get started at Cold Storage CrossFit. This private or semi-private 3-class beginner’s course is designed to introduce you to the essential movements of CrossFit, such as squats, deadlifts, and presses. In these sessions, our expert coaches will ensure you develop proper form and technique, preparing you for the intensity of regular CrossFit classes. Whether you're new to fitness or just new to CrossFit, Foundations provides the perfect, personalized introduction to help you build confidence, improve fitness, and start your journey safely.

QuickFit

Short on time but still want an effective workout? Our QuickFit program is a 30-minute, high-intensity class designed to give you a fast-paced, full-body workout in a fraction of the time. Combining elements of CrossFit’s strength and cardio exercises, QuickFit helps you improve endurance, build muscle, and burn calories—perfect for those with a busy schedule. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, this class is scalable to all levels and guarantees a great workout without the time commitment of a longer session.

CrossFit Youth Classes

**HOMESCHOOL PE APPROVED**

At Cold Storage CrossFit, we believe in building healthy habits from an early age. Our CrossFit Youth programs are designed to teach kids and teens the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, supportive environment. We offer three age-specific programs:

  • CrossFit Littles: Pre-K/Kindergarten
  • CrossFit Kids: 1st Grade – 5th Grade
  • CrossFit Teens: 6th Grade and Up

Each class is tailored to meet the developmental needs of its age group, focusing on movement, coordination, and strength in a fun, engaging way. Our youth programs instill confidence, improve fitness, and teach the value of teamwork and perseverance.

We’re also proud to be an approved Homeschool PE vendor, offering homeschool families a structured, fitness-based physical education option. This program is perfect for homeschoolers looking to fulfill PE requirements while staying active and social in a supportive community.
